Wholesale cooperation terms

Minimum order

The minimum order amount is from 5000 UAH.

Order formation

• There is no binding to size ranges
• You can choose any models, sizes and colors according to your request

Wholesale price terms

• The wholesale price is available when placing and paying for an order for an amount of 5000 UAH or more
• Valid during the current and next calendar month
• During the price period, an order of 1 unit or more is possible

Wholesale price terms

• To save wholesale prices for the next month, it is enough place an order for the amount of 5000 UAH during the month (from the 1st to the 31st)
• If the amount of orders for the month is less than 5000 UAH, the next month a drop price will apply for you (+15% to the wholesale purchase price)
• But don't worry — your manager is always in touch, will advise on mutual settlements and help you maintain favorable conditions

Payment terms

• 100% prepayment

Recommended retail price (RRC)

• Mandatory compliance with the established RRC
• Dumping is prohibited

Shipping and logistics

• Orders are shipped daily, except weekends
• Delivery: Nova Poshta / Ukrposhta
• Payment according to carrier tariffs

Content support

• We provide full photo and video content throughout assortment
• Content is updated up to 4 times a year
• Use of materials for your own online sites is allowed

• Personal manager (Mon-Fri)
• Consultations on products, size grid, fit and availability
• Convenient access to content (Google Drive)
• Telegram channel with current news, assortment updates and promotional offers

• Online access to current product balances
• Daily data update
• Possibility of self-checking or through a manager

• Individual agreement on the terms of cooperation
