- Orders placed and paid for before 11:00 are shipped on the same day.
- Orders placed after 11:00 are shipped within the next few days throughout Ukraine.
- You can pay by card or pay by post.
- When paying by post, the prepayment is from 300 UAH.
- During promotions and sales, 100% prepayment.
- Delivery is carried out by «Nova Poshta» and «Ukrposhta».
- Shipments via «Ukrposhta» are carried out 2 times a week — on Tuesday and Friday.
- Shipments are not carried out on weekends.

- Delivery is carried out by any transport company convenient for you.
- Both forms of payment are available: cash and cashless.
- Cash payment is possible when picking up from our warehouse (Kharkiv).
